It was when he entered a professional kitchen for the very first time that chef Yorick Majerus had a revelation and discovered a passion for cooking.
And that was just the beginning of a professional adventure that has taken him to Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad. Inspired by BOMA’s values centred on diversity, conviviality and sharing, by chance (or maybe not… ?) he joined the hotel family in April 2023.
At the BOMA Bistro, the chef works wonders to turn raw ingredients into delicate, surprising dishes with marked, aromatic flavours. And the secret ingredients behind his recipes? Unbridled imagination, passion and commitment in spades. Plus the ambition to make sure guests come away from a generous and friendly table entirely satisfied.

Every week, chef Yorick Majerus treats you to a selection of delicious dishes combining tradition and creativity to get every taste bud buzzing, whether you are a vegetarian, a fish- or meat-lover or crave something sweet but light as air or maybe more substantial. At the BOMA Bistro, we’re flexitarian – we cater for all-comers!
The chef follows BOMA’s eco-responsible principles: he always tries to select and work only with fresh produce, sourced in Alsace whenever possible, and respect seasonal availability to get the best out of every foodstuff. When he’s at the stove, it’s minimum waste!
One of Yorick Majerus’s daily pleasures is to be able to pass on both his culinary skills and his love for gastronomic food; in this kitchen, the chef encourages dynamism, helping each other, cohesion and listening. Everyone has the chance to develop their talent and flourish on the BOMA Team.

Open every day from 7 am to 10 pm, the atmosphere in the restaurant evolves as the day goes by. Whether you’re here for work or pleasure, the chef welcomes you for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and BOMA’s special evening events. Whatever the occasion, it feels good to be here!
